I have been contemplating putting a greenhouse on my house for many years and have seen various models from several manufacturers at home shows, and I finally decided to go with Four Seasons Sunrooms for my new 340 sq foot greenhouse. From the first phone call to meeting with Jackson on site, discussing things with Cody in their office to their amazing installers, Jacob & John, I have to say that after being in business for 40 years myself and dealing with many contractors in many fields, the term Great Customer Service and Quality Control doesn’t do the service I received justice.

 

I have never been so impressed with every part of this experience and now I am left with an awesome new greenhouse that all who have seen it want to build one as well for themselves.

Four Seasons Sunrooms (London) brought to life our dream of a sunroom with a rooftop patio on top. Four Seasons Sunrooms did not only meet our expectations, they exceeded our expectations. We do not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone that is considering building a sunroom. We worked with many individuals from Four Seasons on our almost 2 year journey with them from start to finish, and every one of them was professional, nice, easy going and great to work with. And the sunroom / rooftop patio they built us looks stunning in our backyard – we are so happy we went through with this project.

 

Throughout the entire process, Jackson and Cody from Four Seasons took the time to listen to our thoughts and ideas about what we could do with our space. They took these ideas and created plans that brought our ideas to life. It took us some time to develop our vision for the space. We really appreciated their patience through the whole process and how calm and easy going they were – we never felt any pressure from them at all, they were so easy to work with.

 

Jackson and Cody were always available to field the many questions we had along the way.  There were a ton of details associated with this project and so we had a ton of questions (and have tons of emails to prove it!) – they always responded promptly with answers to our questions. They were always willing to offer valuable insight when we had to make decisions on the many design options that popped up as they were building our sunroom. They helped guide us to our final product, which we couldn’t be happier with.

 

The team that came to build the sunroom, Jacob and Corny, were wonderful as well. They were nice, easy going guys that were always willing to answer our questions, patient with us when we needed to make decisions, and most importantly did a great job building the sunroom/patio.

 

Needless to say we are more than happy with our new sunroom and we were very impressed with the fine people at Four Season’s Sunroom.

Four Seasons Sunrooms (London) dedicated professionalism, advice and communication provided us with the best experience to complete our Addition/Sunroom project. They take care of blueprints, legal forms, and everything necessary to take good care of you. The job was successfully completed with excellent quality and met all timelines that were set.

 

We would not hesitate to recommend Four Seasons Sunrooms to any prospective client looking for an experienced and quality design & build. We cannot express how thankful we are in words, our Addition/Sunroom project looks exactly as we dreamed it would be!

My wife and I installed a Four Season’s system 6 sunroom in 1993 and have spent the last 28 years enjoying the outdoors all year long from inside the room that we spend most of our time in. We live in Oakridge and see deer, foxes, hawks and occasionally turkeys that we would never have known were in our backyard had we not been sitting behind the mirrored glass watching them…..that is, until Covid arrived and we had some window seals go rather quickly and eventually 4 started leaking. I put off calling Four Seasons London for months as my wife is immunocompromised, but finally had to make the call.

 

Jackson was our first contact in October and he made arrangements for David, the owner of Four Seasons, to come out for an estimate. We were concerned that we had left it too long as the weather was quickly changing but David assured us that the windows could be installed and sealed properly in cold weather. He spent a lot of his time with us, during two meetings describing in detail exactly what needed to be done, dependent on which option we chose. This put us at ease. Our windows arrived when David said they would.

 

On December 1st our installer Isaak arrived to start the job. He was very friendly and approachable about any issues or concerns that we had. Isaak said he’d be taking his time as he wasn’t here to rush this job. He wanted to make sure this was done properly and to our satisfaction. He seemed determined to do a good job for us; a very conscientious worker. My wife and I both felt reassured that David had sent the right man to do the work. He was diligent and methodical and worked all day long without a stop under adverse conditions, making sure to protect our sunroom from December’s weather.

 

We couldn’t be more happy with his workmanship and overall efficiency. He did an absolute thorough job from start to finish changing 50 windows, curved glass included, and resealing complete sunroom top to bottom during the first and second weeks of December. Thank you to David, Jackson, Cody, Christina and Isaak for a job well done.

 I had severely deteriorating sunroom windows in the kitchen area, but I wanted to maintain the same style and placement of the windows in a renovation. Four Seasons Sunrooms did an impressive job fulfilling these conditions at a reasonable price. I was particularly impressed by the craftsmanship and diligence of the installer, Isaak who took on the daunting task in a way that was not intrusive to household activities.

Best decision we ever made to go with Four Seasons Sunroom for our updating and replacement windows and door for our sunroom! We purchased this house during these difficult times and Four Seasons did not disappoint us! The sunroom needed a lot of work!

 

Issac, the installer was very knowledgeable, he recommended we install from the outside and change the aluminum to black. This turned out perfect and there was no damage to the special wood trim inside. The black matched the house windows and I’m sure added value to our home.  Issac was courteous, prompt, and a complete gentleman. He cleaned the work area everyday before leaving and was a perfectionist with his work. I would definitely recommend Four Season Sunrooms!
